While India is at war with Pakistan over Pulwama terror attack in which 44 soldiers had martyred, political parties are fighting over it with their election vested interests. Wing commander Abhinandan Varthaman has been released by Pak calling it a ‘Peace Gesture’. NDA government led by PM Narendra Modi claimed it as their govt victory in mounting pressure on Pak with the support of international community.
Opposition parties especially congress has been crying the foul play. Mahagatbhandan (Grand alliance) leaders have been alleging that Modi is waging war on Pak to gain mileage in upcoming elections. They have become darlings for Pakistan leaders and media. Pak PM Imran Khan too expressed same feeling about Modi.
Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan made sensational comments at Allagadda public rally that he predicted war to come before elections 2 years back itself.
Pakistan’s popular newspaper Dawn quoted Pawan Kalyan’s comments. Besides BJP leaders, nationalists too are slamming Pawan for his irresponsible remarks at the time of India’s war against terrorism and when country is losing brave soldiers at border safeguarding the nation. “Instead of giving emotional speeches and unnecessary challenges like a hero at public meetings, Pawan should go and fight terrorists at the border,” wrote a nationalist troller on social media.
