Sarileru Neekevvaru Review

Sarileru Neekevvaru Story:

Major Ajay Krishna (Mahesh Babu) is a specialist commando in the Indian Army. His fellow soldier dies in a military operation. Ajay goes to soldier’s native place to support his family as was his last wish. His mother Bharathi (Vijaya Shanti) is a professor at Kurnool medical college. She fights atrocities of local politicians and face ire of state minister Nagendra (Prakash Raj) who threatens to kill her family. How Ajay saves her family and confronts Nagendra forms the rest of the story.

Sarileru Neekevvaru Review:

As expected, Sarileru Neekevvaru is a out and out commercial entertainer of Anil Ravipudi signature. The film is fully loaded with comedy and funny dialogues. Mahesh Babu’s mass elevations and action episodes also are adequate for fans to whistle and hooter. Though story is not new, screenplay has been packed with engaging twists and bangs. Anil created interesting episodes like train scenes to tickle the audience. Ensemble star cast and their characterizations keep us glued.

There are quite a few catch phrases like “Never before and never after” that will be mouthed by public for a while. First half is fun with comedy and romance. From interval bang the film gets into emotional and sentimental track as any potboiler. Scenes with Mahesh and Vijayshanti are cynosure to watch with mass and power packed dialogues. Stunts are well choreographed. Rashmika’s performance is ok but it gets overboard at places. Other support actors did their part well. Especially Vennela Kishore and Subbaraj comedy track in Nallamala forest episode is hilarious. DSP background score and couple of songs as an additional asset. Mahesh’s energetic mass steps in Mindblock and Dang Dang make theaters roar and shower. Over all it’s a mass treat for Sankranthi.

Bottom-line: Never before, Never after mass treat for Mahesh fans!
