The much awaited movie in the combination of Rajinikanth and Director Shankar is ready for the audio launch by this evening. The audio launch is being held in pomp and gaiety way. It is the first Indian film to host a grand audio launch in abroad. The movie is promoting the film in a unique way here is how the film is promoting the film event.
The world’s tallest building the Burj Khalifa, was decorated with 2.0 stills featuring Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar.
2.0 will be the first Indian film to host a grand audio launch at Burj Park in Dubai. According to reports, close to 12,000 free passes were given to the audience. The Dubai government has given permission for the event.
The main highlight of the event is AR Rahman’s live performance.Amy Jackson is also expected to be performing live at the audio launch. Veteran actor Kamal Haasan is expected to grace the event along with several eminent celebrities. Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Shankar will address the media at Burj Al Arab. The crew will reportedly arrive in a helicopter.
Lyca Productions, which is bankrolling the project, has spent a lavish amount of Rs 12 crore for the launch. In fact, the makers have spent close to Rs 2 crore to install LED screens at shopping malls in Dubai. The makers are planning to live stream the audio launch through social media.
