YS Jagan is all set to flag off his ‘Pada yatra’ from Kadapa. He is going to cover nearly 125 KM through all almost all districts of Andhra Pradesh.
Remember YS Rajasekhar Reddy went on Padayatra in 2003 and it helped him come to power in 2004. Jagan is also pinning hopes to win 2019 elections by going on Padayatra. Jagan named his yatra as ‘Praja Sankalpa Yatra’.
Earlier the MP had experience of going on ‘Odarpu Yatra’. On the other hand, Jagan has started a webseries on internet to give updates of his Pada Yatra. It has been titled as ‘Jagan Speaks’. The idea is to reach Telugu NRIs and youth.
Of late, social media has become stage to kick off revolutions. It has been one of the solid reason for PM Narendra Modi rising as most popular world leader. Jagan has resorted to this strategy now. He also met the CEOs news TV channels including his archrival media baron Ramoji Rao and requested them to give full coverage for his ‘Padayatra’.
