Finally after a long wait, Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy rolls onto floors today. Mega Power star Ram Charan Tej is producing this magnum opus periodic film under Konidela Productions. Shooting begins today at Aluminium Factory in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. A lavish set has been erected under supervision by art director Rajeevan.
The film will be set in 1847 period as Chiranjeevi plays legendary freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who fought against Britishers before first revolt of Independence in 1857. Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan is playing key role. Apparently, he will be seen as Chiru’s guru in the movie. Nayanthara is pairing mega star for the first time. Vijay Sethupathi and Sudeep are also part of the project. AR Rahman was supposed to score music but he backed off from it recently. Thaman is speculated to be replacing.
