Andhra Jyothi MD V Radhakrishna was issued a non bailable warrant for not attending Hyderabad city civil court proceedings. YSR Congress MLA from Mangalagiri filed a case against Radhakrishna for publishing objectionable content on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy last year.
Court summoned MD Radha krishna, paper Editor K Srinivas and publisher Venkata Sheshagiri Rao to attend the proceedings. They have taken them easily and skipped the sessions continuously, fedup by their attitude court has asked him to appear this time without fail orelse serious action will be taken on them.
