As was reported, Agnyaathavaasi completed censors, it has been given U/A certificate. Runtime is locked at 158 minutes. Insider talk is that censor members are in splits with the film. While some of them enjoyed the movie other expressed disappointment. Pawan and Trivikram combination is expected to recreate the magic of Attharintiki Daaredi.
Teaser got tremendous response and raised the expectations further. Anirudh Ravichander’s music is smashing hit. Agnyaathavaasi has made huge pre-release business. It is premiering in over 500 screens in the US alone. It is highest ever for a Telugu film. Nizam rights are sold for over 25 crore. The film is riding on 200 crores stake. Agnyaathavaasi is expected to wipe out Baahubali records in atleast few regions.
Grapevine is that those who watched it are not fully satisfied it seems. So, the early reports are not completely in favor. First half is said to be fun filled with Pawan’s antics, chartbuster songs, romance and comedy. Second half is reportedly lengthy with emotional drama. Apparently, Trivikram has included preachy stuff carried away by Pawan’s political image which may not be appreciated by wide audience. However, we need to wait for Agnyaathavaasi to hit screens on Jan 10th.
