Bollywood Singer Papon has been booked under charges of sexual harassment. The singer cum composer allegedly kissed a minor girl inappropriately without her consent. The victim is a Music reality show contestant. Papon is one of the judges of the the reality show Voice India Kids along with singers Shaan and Himmesh Reshammiya.
In pretext of celebrating Holi, the singer forced himself on her and kissed on her lips. The video went viral on social media and channels.
A Supreme Court lawyer lodged a complaint against Papon under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) Act for committing sexual assault on minor girl.
