Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu laid foundation stone for tallest building to be built in Amaravati. The iconic tower is being built for Telugus who are Non-Resident Indians and has been named as NRTiCON.
The 33-floors-tower with a height of 158 metres and floor area of 11 lakh Sqft will be constructed at a cost of Rs 500 crore.
It will have a commercial space to facilitate 100 companies providing employment to 5,000 people directly and 20,000 people indirectly. Reportedly, the society headed by NRT CEO K Sambasiva Rao already enrolled 83000 memberships.
