Sridevi’s sudden death is yet to sink in the hearts of millions of fans. Stars of all film industries are flocking her house in Mumbai to offer condolences to the bereaved family members. Superstar Rajinikanth has flown to Mumbai yesterday. The superstar shares a special bonding with Sridevi. The duo acted together in nearly 20 movies including super hits like Johnny, Pokiri Raja, Padhinaru Vayathinile, ChaalBaaz etc.
You will be surprised to know that Sridevi even played mother of Rajinikanth in a movie? Moondru Mudichu is Sridevi’s debut film as a teenager. At age of 13, the actress played stepmom to Rajinikanth who was 26 then. Did you know that Sridevi kept fasting for a week vowing for good health of Rajinikanth when he was seriously ill in 2012 during shooting of Rana, the movie was shelved. Sridevi visited Shirdi Sai Baba in Pune and offered prayers.
