Another minor girl has been raped by a elderly man in the same Dachepalle village where a 9-year-old girl was raped by a 55-year-old rickshaw puller who later committed suicide.
The people of village near Guntur are furious of latest rape incident. The victim is a 15-year-old while the accused a 55-year-old former MPTC. His name is Mehboob Vali. Public are demanding to hang him for the heinous crime he has committed.
Reportedly, he lured the girl offering Rs 1000 and molested her. He is said to have threatened her not to reveal. Police arrested him charging him under POSCO. Opposition have been attacking ruling party as Mehboob Vali apparently belongs to TDP party.
