Trivikram Srinivas had been alleged for plagiarisation in several occasions. ‘Athadu’, his first film with superstar Mahesh Babu is believed to be remake of Venkatesh’s Varasudu. Trivikram’s last release ‘A…Aa’ was a black & white film titled ‘Meena’ which was based on a novel.
Trivikram’s upcoming movie starring Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is also said to be inspired from an old film. If the Film Nagar buzz is anything to go by, PSPK25 is remake of Ontari Poratam, Venkatesh’s hit film in his initial days. Jayasudha avenges her husband’s murder with the help of Venky in that movie also based on a popular novel in those days.
Apparently, Khushbu is playing Jayasudha’s role in the latest. However, Trivikram has quashed these reports as baseless rumours. Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel are pairing Pawan. Shooting is currently going on in Bulgaria. The film has been titled as ‘Agnathavasi’ and it is going to release on January 10th.
