Proud moment for India as Manushi Chhillar has been crowned Miss World 2017. The miss world comes back to India after a wait of 17 long years. Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra won miss world title in 2000. Aishwarya Rai won it in 1994. Reita Fariya was the first Indian to win in 1966. Manushi is 6th Indian to win the title. She is a medico who hails from Hariyana. Both her parents are doctors. She’s an Kuchipudi dancer and an aspiring writer. Manushi is also into modelling. She recently won Femina Miss India paegant. Her brilliant answer to the final question is what makes her the real winner. When the jury asked her what she thinks could be the highest paid profession, Manushi said that mother is the most respected one and the salary doesn’t matter. Indian indeed!
