Director Sharan Koppisetty said he never thought he would make his debut with a remake project. “As I worked with Nikhil for three films, he wanted to work with me. But we could not agree on a story. That’s when Nikhil watched ‘Kirik Party’ and asked me to direct the Telugu remake,” said Sharan.
He added that having directors Sudheer Varma and Chandoo Mondeti has eased his job and their contribution towards the film is invaluable. Sharan said that the last half-an-hour of ‘Kirrak Party’ is going to be emotional and young audience will get connected.
‘Kirrak Party’ is a comedy campus drama, featuring Nikhil, Samyuktha Hegde and Simran Pareenja in the lead roles.
