Former CBI Joint Director Lakshmi Narayana who investigated the disproportionate assets case of YS Jagan, has resigned to the post of Additional Director General of Police, Maharasthra.
Lakshmi Narayana is expected to take politics and sources say that he join would Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena Party. Lakshmi Narayana is of 1990 IPS batch and belongs to Maharasthra cadre.
Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is said to be in talks with Lakshmi Narayana. Except for YSR Congress Party, the rest of the political parties have welcomed Lakshmi Narayana’s decision to join politics.
