Media has been abuzz that Pawan Kalyan is setting up his own news channel to promote Jana Sena Party. He is said to be acquiring a news channel which has been pro left parties. There were speculations that 10TV or AP24/7 will be renamed into J TV.
Pawan disclosed that it is 99 channel which will be under Jana Sena’s roof. Powerstar bought stake from Tammareddy, the owner of 99 channel, he’s also close to Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s family.
On Tuesday, Pawan inaugurated his new office in Raidurgam. He launched Jana Sena IT Center and knowledge hub. Speaking to media, Pawan held 99 channel’s boomstick mic in his hand and said ‘Oh Manade!’ hinting that the channel belongs to him. It left everyone shocked.
