Sam’s name in the film is Amrutha. Apparently, she’s daughter of a village school teacher played by Rao Ramesh. She gets killed brutally, turns into a spirit and takes revenge on her murderers. Nag will have to ward off the evil. So he fights the spirit in the form of Sam.
