Ram Veerapaneni, a business entrepreneur and the husband of popular singer Sunitha has lodged a complaint with the Banjara Hills police station stating that he has received a life-threatening message. According to Ram, he received a text message from someone claiming to be a member of the Film Producers Council named KK Lakshman, requesting to meet him.
Ram declined the offer and blocked the number after receiving multiple texts. However, Ram claims that the same person has started sending texts from a new number and issuing threats since March 28. Ram reported the issue to the Banjara Hills Police, fearing for the safety of himself and his family members. The police have filed a case and are currently investigating the matter, using phone number registration details to track down the culprit.
