This film is heard to be the remake of Tamil movie ‘Theri’ which is a cop drama. A fresh update is that this project is called off. Though there is no official statement from Ravi Teja or Santosh Srinivas or Mythri Movie Makers which had plans to bankroll the movie, since the last few days, media is abuzz with this news.
Santosh Srinivas was to direct Powerstar Pawan Kalyan in this remake but as the latter got busy with politics, the former approached Ravi Teja.
Now Santosh Srinivas seriously needs to do something to bounce back hard.
