After Tollywood prostitution racket got exposed, USA authorities have become strict in granting visas to actresses. Telugu couple Kishan Modugumudi and Chandra have processed visas to actresses in pretext of events and made them engage in prostitution. American Embassy has blacklisted some of the actresses. As per latest update, US authorities are instructed not to issue any visas to actresses coming to attend events.
Of late many actresses are struggling to get US visas. Mehreen Pirzada was questioned in US airport even though she was travelling with parents for a film shoot there. Again another actress’ visa was rejected. Inspite of her being a regular visitor to USA, authorities refused to renew her visa. She plays supporting roles in movies but leads a lavish life. US officials probing her previous activities in the US.
