After stepping down from regular commercial movies, his fans are more interested in watching his films as he is taking care of the subjects. After ‘Guru’ he took up a project with director Teja and it is their first collaboration. Director Teja is also working well on the script as well as on the character of Venkatesh as it is touted to be an action drama. Venkatesh is going to play a teacher for the second time in the movie after ‘Sundarakanda’. Kajal was approached to play lead actress in the film but she softly rejected the role with remuneration issues.
