India’s first Social Media Summit Awards (SMSA) is going to be held in Andhra Pradesh with the partnership of state government. The grand event will be held in Amaravathi, the new capital of AP. Entrepreneurs, brand managers, digital marketers, social media strategists, aggregators, content curators will be participating in the two day summit on November 18 & 19th.
Experts from internet giants like Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter etc will also be taking part in the summit. It is aimed at discussing how social media would help any company’s marketing strategy to raise potential of business and brand value. An awards ceremony to recognize the firms doing their best in the digital platforms will be held on day 2.
Reportedly, several popular film celebs including Bollywood Mega Star Amitabh Bachchan and ‘Padmavati’ actress Deepika Padukone will be gracing the event. Baahubali star Rana Daggunati and PSPK25 music director Anirudh Ravichander are also invited. Big B will be conferred with Most Popular Indian Actor on social media award while Deepika for being Most Popular Indian Actress on social media. As known, Rana has recently ventured into digital media with his webseries titled Social.
