The film released over 2700 centers world over. With 90 – 95% the film is estimated to have grossed Rs 60 crores worldwide. Reportedly, Agnathavasi 1st day share in Krishna District is Rs 1,82,73,020 and in Guntur district 1st day share Agnathavasi is Rs 3,78,08,803.

Agnathavasi is more likely to shatter all Pawan’s previous day 1 records. Katamarayudu and Sardaar Gabbar Singh are his biggest openers collections of Rs 39.20 crore gross and Rs 40.81 crore gross respectively. Perhaps, the film needs to collect 120 crores more to achieve break even for distributors. With critics ripping apart the film with himiliating ratings, it has to be seen how Agnathavasi fares over the Sankranthi weekend.
