Actress Lavanya Tripathi has signed one more Telugu flick and this time it will be a remake project. Lavanya will feature in the Telugu remake of Tamil movie ‘Kanithan’ and she will pair with young hero Nikhil Siddharth.
Many names were considered in the beginning but Lavanya grabbed the opportunity in the end. The Telugu version is titled ‘Mudra’ and hero Nikhil will be seen as a journalist in the movie.
Director of the original version TN Santosh will be helming the Telugu remake as well.
