Anjali is shooting for her upcoming horror thriller ‘Lisaa’. It’s a Telugu-Tamil bilingual being directed by debutant Raju Viswanath. He associated with Vikram Kumar in script works of films like 24. “Lisaa” will be a different to cliched horror films where heroine is possessed with spirit or being set at a haunted place, says the director.
Apparently, Anjali plays dual roles, one as a middleclass girl and the other as a slum dweller. Recently, while shooting a stunt scene Anjali is said to have hit the director and injured him. According to the scene, the actress was supposed to throw a frying pan towards the camera.
But Anjali accidentally threw it at the director. It hit his forehead that he had to rush to hospital and got sutures done on the wound. He might have realized that one shouldn’t try too realistic stunts atleast with natural actress like Anjali!
