Lakshmi Manchu initiative for a better society has led her to Memu Saitham show that has given financial and emotional support to many families who were in need. It is one of the best shows on television which works for the improvement of society.
The show started last year and is successfully running its season 2. However, the show has given aid to more than ten families in season 1. In season 1 Sai Dharam Tej has helped in collecting the highest funds of Memu Saitam to Santi Vardhana Divyangala Ashram and kept his promise. The Construction work is in progress. The Ashram is built for the specially-abled children.
