Naga Chaitanya’s Dootha is set for streaming

Naga Chaitanya, who is foraying into the digital space with his upcoming horror-thriller series ‘Dootha,’ recently revealed some details about the project. The series is a collaboration between Chaitanya and director Vikram Kumar, marking their third project together.

Initially thought to be a film, Dootha turned out to be a series produced by Amazon Prime Studios. While it has been in production for some time now, there have been no updates about its release. However, Chaitanya has confirmed that filming has been completed, and the release is currently awaiting post-production work from the Prime Video team, who need time to dub the series in various languages.

Chaitanya also announced that Dootha is set to release on OTT platforms in August. Fans are eagerly anticipating the series, especially since it marks the third collaboration between Chaitanya and Kumar. The duo had previously worked together on Manam, which was a blockbuster hit, while their second film Thank You failed to impress the audience.

In the meantime, Chaitanya is busy promoting his upcoming film Custody, which is scheduled to hit theaters on May 12th. With his entry into the digital space, fans are excited to see what other exciting projects he has in store for them.
