Six years after Nirbhaya happened, nation doesn’t find any respite from hearing similar horrific incident. Country is burning in protest against recent gang rape incidents on two young girls. A minor from Uttar Pradesh Unnao was gang raped and her father was killed. BJP leader and his aides are accused in this case. In a more gory case registered in J & K’s Unnao, Asifa, a 8-year-old girl was gang raped for days after being drugged in a temple.
She was brutally murdered after breaking her arms and throwing from roof. of two young girls in hailing from Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua and Uttar Pradesh’s Unnao. Opposition is demanding stringent action. They demand PM Narendra Modi to break his silence on sexual violence against women. Several film celebs took to twitter and voiced their anguish on these incidents.
