‘Srimanthudu’ is one of a special movie for Mahesh Babu. It has turned three by today. The concept based super hit and block buster movie was written and directed by Koratala Siva. Mahesh Babu bagged best male actor award at 63rd Filmfare Awards South and IIFA Utsavam 2015.
The movie has record of screening more than 175 days in more number of theaters. DSP has scored the music and Shruthi Hassan was the leading lady in the movie. It was produced by Y. Naveen, Y. Ravi Shankar and C. V. Mohan under their banner Mythri Movie Makers. Mahesh Babu co-produced the film under his banner G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
