Till noon everyone anticipated that BJP would get majority and form government, but to the world’s surprise BJP won 105 and is on the verge of the majority as it requires seven more members to form the government. Whereas Congress with 77 has woed JD(S) that got 38 seats offering CM chair to Kumara Swamy.
The actual question is, what people of Karnataka want? Do they really want BJP or Congress? It seems like people are following the Charles Darwin Theory of Survival of the fittest as they gave the choice to the parties on who will sit on the throne and rule over. Meanwhile, on Siddaramaiah’s request Governor has given one week time to prove the majority.
