The much-awaited Kollywood film, Kabzaa, starring popular actors Upendra and Kichcha Sudeep, was released in theaters worldwide on March 17, 2023. However, despite the high budget and star-studded cast, the movie failed to impress at the box office and was deemed a commercial failure. The film, directed by R Chandru, features Shriya Saran as the female lead.
In a recent development, it is speculated that Amazon Prime Video has acquired the streaming rights for Kabzaa and plans to release it on its platform on April 14, 2023. However, no official announcement has been made by the film’s producers or the streaming service.
The movie boasts an impressive cast, with actors such as Shivarajkumar, Dev Gill, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Murali Sharma, Sudha, and Kabir Duhan Singh playing pivotal roles in this pan-Indian gangster drama. The project is bankrolled by Sri Siddeshwara Enterprises, and Ravi Basrur, who rose to fame with KGF, has composed the soundtracks for the film.
Fans of Upendra and Kichcha Sudeep can now enjoy the movie from the comfort of their homes, thanks to the decision to release it on Amazon Prime Video.
