Music director Mickey J Meyer said composing music for ‘Mahanati’ is a whole new experience as the genre of the film is completely different. Speaking he said that he made sure the music goes along with the timeline of the film which spans from 1950s to 80s.
Mickey further said that he doesn’t like two or three singers singing one song but this film demanded so and for the first time he tried too many singers. ‘Mahanati’ also gave him the opportunity to work with Shreya Ghoshal, with whom he had never worked.
‘Mahanati’ audio release event will be held on May 1st in Hyderabad.
