The theatrical release date of ‘Mahanati’ is announced on May 9th. The film was supposed to hit the screens in March but due to delay in shoot, the release has been pushed.
‘Mahanati’ is based on the life of legendary actress Savitri. Keerthy Suresh is playing the title role while Samantha is essaying the role of actress Jamuna. Malayalam hero Dulquer Salmaan, ‘Arjun Reddy’ pair Vijay Deverakonda, Shalini Pandey, directors Krish and Tharun Bhascker Dhassyam will be seenin key supporting roles.
Nag Ashwin is the director of ‘Mahanati.’
