The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has stepped into actress Sri Reddy’s controversy. The NHRC accepted the case as suo moto and has sent notices to I&B departments of the union and state governments.
Four weeks time was given by NHRC to probe the controversy and submit the report.
Movie Artists Association (MAA) has denied membership and banned Sri Reddy for her half naked protest in front of Film Chamber. Post this episode, Sri Reddy has been getting support for all corners. She went on to leak pictures and WhatsApp chats with noted film personalities.
