Dr. Mohan Babu will be unveiling the statue of legendary filmmaker ‘DarsakaRatna’ Dasari Narayana Rao on January 26th at Palakollu on the occasion of Republic Day. Mohan Babu consideres Dasari as his guru. The veteran director introduced him with author backed roles like in Sivaranjani, Swargam Narakam, Gruha Pravesham and Sardar Paparayudu which had been a rage in those times. Mohan Babu also shared screen space with Dasari in films like Punyabhoomi Naa Desam and Kondaveeti Simham. Dasari passed away on May 30th 2017.
