After many thoughts on whom to take in the biopic of Arunima Sinha, the team has roped Kangana Ranut in as the female lead. At first Farhan Akhtar planned to do the biopic but for some reasons they dropped and now new production is planning to do it. This movie will be released next year. Kangana Ranut is currently doing ‘Manikarnika’ directed by Krish and story is penned down by Vijayendra Prasad.
Arunima Sinha a national level volleyball player who was pushed from a running train by some robbers in 2011 while she was resisting them. As a result, one of her legs had to be amputated below the knee. She is the first Indian amputee to climb Mount Everest and she is also the first female amputee to climb Mount Everest.
